Hey everyone. I want to let you all know how things are going to work at the game room this year.
Procedures:
Upon entering the game room, if you have any bags with you, you'll be required to drop them off with the staff member at the desk by the door along with your badge. You'll be given half of a playing card that you need to hold onto while you're in the game room. (We'll keep the other half with your belongings.) (If you don't have any bags, we'll still ask for your badge.)
We'll have seven game stations set up with the appropriate amount of controllers for each game:
When you leave the game room, the staff member at the desk will ask for your playing card back and then match it with your belongings and badge so that we can return them to you.
During the time of a tournament, we'll take Rock Band off the projector for tournament use. The rest of the game room will be closed down. There will be no free play during tournaments. But everyone who isn't involved in the tournament is welcome to watch!
Rules:
As a general reminder: We supply the consoles, games and controllers. You don't need to and shouldn't bring anything.
