We have spots open, where we are looking for anyone who would like to suggest a panel, and then run it. If you have a panel that you've always wanted to run, about anything nerd related you'd like, let us know your idea!
Post here or let us know at anime@quinnipiac.edu

Did you e-mail anime@quinnipiac.edu? If so, under what email did you email us?
I have responded to everything in our inbox asking to be a panelist, and all of the panelists already know their times of their panels.

I would like to submit fodder for an event-board posting for both iterations of Cosplay Candidate: The Political Game.
Cosplay Candidate is a thought provoking, Crowdsourced competition that pits your favorite costumed characters against one another in the political arena in an absurd cross between the Wolf Blitzer Debates and Jeopardy.
A combination of hard political-science questions as well as nerdy speculation in a pan-fictional setting rounds out the piece. Where do you Stand on the Abortion debate as it applies to Artificial Intelligence? What are the Naturalization rights of Saiyan Immigants? Does the Mega-Buster constitute a weapon of mass destruction. Should an embargo be levied on fire flowers and mushrooms from the Mushroom Kingdom?
All this and more can be found in Cosplay Candidate!!!
We have two showings, one on Saturday and one on Sunday. We hope to have separate casts for each and will be taking signups all weekend long. Contestants should either be politically savvy and able to speak publicly or know their characters/costumes VERY well.
Regards, Savan Gupta Steam-Funk Studios
